I had a fantastic stay at Parkhotel in Beatenberg. The view from my room was absolutely incredible. The staff were great and the room was very cozy with exposed wood, giving it a nice comfy feeling. The location was excellent, and having a car made it easy to explore. There was a nice restaurant nearby that offered us an early breakfast. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the free parking was a bonus. Wi-fi worked well and there were plenty of TV channels. a wonderful experience.

My Christmas experience at the hotel was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even let us extend our stay and check out later. The hotel itself was cozy and had stunning views from the balconies. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, with fresh and authentic meals. Plus, the location was perfect for relaxing, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The beds were really uncomfortable. The mattresses were way too hard and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

They even upgraded my room to one with a stunning view. The service was impeccable, with the staff readily available to fulfill any requests, such as providing tea without charging me. The hotel was very clean and beautifully maintained. The room itself was cozy with exposed wood, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the garden and taking in the incredible views.

They quickly brought me a complimentary cup of tea upon arrival, showcasing their excellent service. The hourly bus right in front of the hotel until 11:00 at night offered convenient transportation throughout the day. As I didn't have a car, this was a jaw-dropping advantage for exploring tourist spots without any hassle. Although I didn't try the restaurant, I can confidently recommend this hotel to everyone. The friendly staff patiently answered all my questions, ensuring a pleasant stay. The clean rooms, beds, and bathroom were of utmost satisfaction. Additionally, the availability of free parking nearby was a super convenient perk. The hotel's old-style charm was beautifully maintained while keeping everything pristinely clean. The rooms provided a perfect view of the mountains and were equipped with essential facilities and even Netflix! The basic breakfast served was more than enough for me. I must express my deep appreciation to the male receptionist from June 10-13, he went above and beyond in helping us locate our missing phone. His outstanding service truly deserves recognition and we can't thank him enough. This hotel offered us the best experience, and we eagerly look forward to returning to Interlaken, specifically to this amazing property.
